Some roles need one specialist skill. This one needs a reliable all rounder, someone who can move between a customer call, an unpaid invoice, and a subcontractor query within the same hour, and keep every one of them moving. If you like variety, and you take real satisfaction in seeing a list of outstanding items shrink to zero, this role will suit you well. You will be working on behalf of a long standing Australian client in the glass repair and replacement industry, supporting their Customer Service Administration function. At Acquire Intelligence, we invest in our people and build careers, not just fill roles. Your work will keep invoicing, payroll, and customer communication running smoothly across the branches you support.
The Customer Service Administrator provides responsive customer service by phone and in writing, processes invoicing for key B2B, consumer, and insurance accounts, manages subcontractor invoices, and supports the weekly payroll function. The role also assists with scheduling or purchasing from time to time as the branch requires. Coverage is a confirmed day shift of 8:00am 5:00pm AEST (Sydney/Melbourne time, adjusting automatically with Australian daylight saving).
