Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, outbound and inbound calling.
• At least 1 year of Sales experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize enquiries as requested by management.
• Strong problem solving and resolution skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Gauge Interest: Engage with customers to understand their preferences, needs, and interest in upgrading or purchasing new products.
• Offer Exclusive Deals: Present tailored promotions, discounts, and incentives that are specifically crafted for loyal customers, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Drive Sales: Encourage customers to explore and invest in latest innovations, thereby contributing to increased sales and market penetration.
• Enhance Customer Relationships: Foster strong connections with customers by providing personalized service and demonstrating commitment to their satisfaction.
• Through these efforts, the team helps maximize the impact of the CRP, ensuring it delivers tangible benefits for both customers and the company.
• You will also be responsible in ensuring that all customers have the right products and services.
• Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
• Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales goals by utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches.
• Determine cross sell opportunities within our existing customer base, focusing on improved customer experience
• Answer customer queries regarding recent product and service offers
