• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Job Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a contact center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
