Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related employment experience in customer-facing roles.
• Willing to work a 6-day schedule.
• Willing to be assigned in Bauang, La Union.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing customer inquiries through phone, email, or in-person channels with timely, professional responses.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for a positive experience from inquiry to post-purchase.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in collaboration with the sales team and other departments.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve products, services, and interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met, including appointments and follow-ups.
• Ensure customer satisfaction surveys are conducted post-purchase to evaluate the sales experience.
