Job summary

Autohub Group of Companies is seeking a Customer Relations Associate in Manila to support customers with information, answers, and concerns, ensuring satisfaction for repeat business.

You will handle after-sales follow-up, update customer data during CRO handover, and prepare weekly reports, with an 8-hour shift from Monday to Saturday at the dealership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business studies or administration.
• Call center or customer relations experience is preferred.
• Experience with telephone handling and customer handling.

Responsibilities

• Sending Welcome SMS to customers after each sale release.
• Conduct after-sales follow-up calls 5 days after vehicle release.
• Ensure accurate and updated customer information during CRO handover or after-sales follow-up.
• Conduct after-sales survey during CRM introduction.
• Prepare and submit SGAP Daily Sales releases and related reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Sending Welcome SMS to customers every sale release
• Conduct after-sales follow-up calls 5 days after vehicle release
• Ensure accurate and updated customer information during the CRO handover process or after-sales follow-up call if not applicable.
• Conduct after-sales survey during CRM introduction
• Prepare and submit SGAP Daily Sales releases, CCMR (Customer Concern Monitoring Report), CIMR (Customer Inquiry Monitoring Report), SGAP Sales Post Survey, and Sales commendation report

Qualifications

• Must graduate with a bachelor's/college degree in business studies, administration
• Call center or customer relations experience is an advantage
• Telephone handling, customer handling
