Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a forward-thinking leader to take ownership of OptiFreight's billing services. You will oversee billing accuracy, invoicing, and the resolution of billing issues to support our customers and business partners.

This role requires strong people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of process improvements in finance or logistics. You will mentor analysts and drive continuous improvement across the value stream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Customer facing leadership experience.
• 4+ years leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in financial and/or logistics function.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Analysts through change and empower partners and customers.
• Own optimizing processes, automate where possible, and develop talent.
• Maintain visibility on value stream and performance metrics.
• Drive root-cause problem solving and process improvements.
• Hold Analysts accountable for quality and timely outputs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other areas within OptiFreight and Cardinal Health.
