Job summary

Turaco, a fintech start-up, seeks a Customer Operations Associate in Metro Manila to speak with customers by phone, explain insurance products and payment methods, and upsell additional products. You will support telesales, contact center, and claims administration while delivering excellent service and accurate data entry.

You will engage customers daily, explain product features, manage inquiries about claims, and help process claims with attention to accuracy and customer dignity.

Qualifications

• College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Previous telesales experience in a call center or retail/service environment.
• Fluency in English and Filipino is required.
• Ability to operate a computer and record data with proficiency.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Telesales: engage at least 100 customers daily by phone to upsell or cross-sell Turaco products with great service.
• Contact Center: explain product features, answer questions, and meet or exceed center metrics.
• Register new customers in the database and handle data entry requests.
• Address inquiries about products and claims submissions in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers and providers to obtain information for claims investigations.
• Assist in claims settlement decisions based on policy details.
