Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage at least 100 customers daily on the phone to upsell or cross-sell Turaco products
• Explain technical product features and answer customer questions
• Register new customers in the database and handle data-entry tasks
• Handle claims inquiries and assist with claims submission
• Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting KPIs
