• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or administrative support (insurance industry experience a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to manage high volumes of data and calls daily
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High sense of urgency and ability to stay composed under pressure
• Comfortable working across markets and coordinating with overseas (SG) stakeholders
• Team player, proactive, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on business leads for the Insurance team, focusing on car insurance renewals
• Manage and drive insurance renewal processes to meet SLAs
• Proactively contact customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms to maximize conversion and retention
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly telesales performance reports for internal stakeholders
• Contribute to SIS operations and ad hoc data pulls or reporting as needed
• Assist with administrative processes and documentation tied to operational workflows
• Liaise with SG-based stakeholders to ensure alignment on shared processes
