MoneyHero Limited in the Philippines is seeking an Associate, Insurance Operations to drive telesales for our Insurance business and support the Singapore team with day‑to‑day operations, gaining exposure to regional workflows.

You will handle lead follow‑ups, renewals, and customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging, maintain records, produce performance reports, and ensure compliance while coordinating with SG stakeholders for aligned processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or administrative support (insurance industry experience a plus)
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to manage high volumes of data and calls daily
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High sense of urgency and ability to stay composed under pressure
• Comfortable working across markets and coordinating with overseas (SG) stakeholders
• Team player, proactive, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on business leads for the Insurance team, focusing on car insurance renewals
• Manage and drive insurance renewal processes to meet SLAs
• Proactively contact customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms to maximize conversion and retention
• Manage manually retrieved renewal cases and follow up to secure renewals ahead of expiry
• Monitor and respond to customer enquiries across calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Extract and manage leads from internal systems to support renewal and promotional campaigns
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems
• Conduct daily compliance screenings to ensure regulatory adherence
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly telesales performance reports
• Maintain proper filing and organization of documents and correspondence
• Support Singapore Insurance Operations team with day-to-day tasks and documentation
• Identify operational gaps and assist with process improvements
• Help with data pulls, reporting, or coordination tasks for the Insurance Operations function
• Liaise with SG stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes
