Job summary

Deployed seeks an on-site Administrator in Pasig to maintain databases, support onboarding, and manage AML-CFT duties including daily deposits, PEP checks, and exception escalation.

The role covers KiwiSaver transfers/withdrawals, compliance checks, and timely documentation for AML-CFT and operational processes, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage processes within regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with AML-CFT procedures and/or financial services operations (preferred).

• Administer AML-CFT procedures, including daily processing of unmatched deposits, completing PEP checks, and escalating exceptions to the Team Leader as required.
• Process KiwiSaver transfers within regulated timeframes.
• Process KiwiSaver withdrawals and related compliance checks.
• Ensure documentation and reporting for AML-CFT, KiwiSaver and operational processes is completed accurately and on time.

Work Arrangement

Work Setup: On-site Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PHT, should complete nine (9) hours work
