Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc. is a fast-growing financial services platform focused on transparent, low-fee investing and digital tools. The role supports client records, AML-CFT checks, and KiwiSaver transfers in a compliant, efficient manner.

Onsite from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with leaves entitlement, HMO and life insurance upon hire. AGrowth-friendly environment with strong career development opportunities and a diverse team.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience navigating AML-CFT procedures and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for keeping accurate records.
• Enjoys fixing issues and taking ownership of tasks.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate internal databases to keep customer records, transactions, and daily workflows seamless.
• Assist with onboarding of new clients, including administration of accounts (e.g., minors).
• Manage AML-CFT checks, handle unmatched deposits, conduct PEP reviews, and flag exceptions to the Team Leader.
• Process KiwiSaver transfers (incoming/outgoing) within regulatory timeframes.
• Guide KiwiSaver withdrawal requests through compliance checks.
• Prepare timely operational, AML-CFT, and KiwiSaver reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Keep Systems & Records Sharp: Maintain accurate internal databases so customer records, transactions, and daily workflows remain seamless.

• Facilitate Investor Onboarding: Assist with the seamless onboarding of new clients, including the administration of specialized accounts, such as those established for minors.

• Keep Security & Compliance Seamless: Manage day-to-day AML-CFT checks, handle unmatched deposits, conduct PEP reviews, and flag any unique exceptions to your Team Leader.

• Manage KiwiSaver Transfers: Process incoming and outgoing transfers efficiently within standard regulatory timeframes.

• Handle Withdrawals Responsively: Guide KiwiSaver withdrawal requests safely through all necessary compliance checks.

• Deliver Timely Reporting: Ensure all operational, AML-CFT, and KiwiSaver documentation is completed accurately and right on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the financial services industry, ideally within operations, administration, or compliance roles.

• Practical experience navigating AML-CFT procedures and regulatory frameworks in a financial setting.

• Exceptional organizational skills with a natural knack for keeping accurate, clean records.

• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the initiative to take ownership of your tasks.
