Job summary

IBM Business Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Master Data Practitioner to manage customer records and data integrity across financial systems.

You will create, update, and maintain customer information including names, addresses, billing profiles, and tax details in systems like SAP and AS400. You will validate data for errors or duplicates, handle requests from sales for new accounts or changes, and collaborate with teams to fix data issues to support smooth order-to-cash operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business related courses.
• Basic understanding or working knowledge of general finance and various finance concepts and principles
• Basic knowledge or Beginner level in Excel
• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to follow and complete straightforward, stand-alone tasks within detailed instructions and predefined procedures
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
• Willing to be assigned in Naga City, Cam. Sur
• Less than 1 year work experience in Finance and Accounting (preferred)
• Knowledge of SAP or AS400 ERP is an advantage
• Experience in Customer Service/AR support or handling customer inquiries is an advantage
