Job summary

Nestle Business Services AOA Inc in the Philippines seeks a professional to manage key customers and drive profitable growth by building customer category plans and executing Nestlé's selling and negotiation approach.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful order-to-cash processes and strong engagement with customers and partners across Corporate & Customer Category initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Find customer opportunities to support and build customer plans and initiatives
• Drive selling, negotiation, and execution of the customer plans (commercial and operational level)
• Accountable for the achievement of Customer Category KPIs (Sales Attainment, Growth, CTS, Cycle Plan Execution, Distribution)
• Execute the order to cash process and customer engagement strategy
• Collaborate with CCSD, Supply Chain & relevant Marketing team on Corporate & Customer Category initiatives
