You will drive omnichannel campaigns, collaborate with analytics, technology, and marketing teams, and build high-performing teams to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading CRM and lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM and customer engagement operations across digital channels.
• Develop operational plans aligning marketing priorities with campaign execution.
• Manage campaign workflows from intake to post-launch monitoring.
• Oversee lifecycle programmes: acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, loyalty.
• Establish campaign governance, QA, and risk management processes.
