Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supporting customer acquisition through market-based insights and identifying market potential for QBE.
• Providing advice on data and insights for business decision-making.
• Ensuring research activities comply with legislation and QBE procedures.
• Engaging stakeholders in customer-centric practices and using insights for decisions.
• Preparing insights briefs, conducting research, and developing insights from data.
• Disseminating insights across the organisation and managing supplier relationships.
• Maintaining expertise through professional development and industry networking.
• Focusing on experience insights to improve credit line partner loyalty.
