Job summary

ContactPoint360 in Cebu City is seeking an Implementation Specialist to guide customers through structured virtual sessions, ensuring a functioning minimum viable deployment and user readiness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong networking and IT infrastructure background, excellent English, and experience with network monitoring tools such as PRTG or SolarWinds. You’ll lead 2–3 hour sessions and explain complex concepts clearly to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in networking and IT infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, SNMP, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, virtualization, and related technologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real time with customers.
• Excellent English communication skills with customer-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to confidently lead and facilitate technical sessions lasting 2 to 3 hours.
• Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts clearly and simply.
• Experience with network monitoring and infrastructure management and tools such as PRTG or SolarWinds.
• Comfortable following a structured implementation methodology while adapting to each customer's environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through a structured virtual implementation session, guiding them through the setup process to achieve a successful deployment. The goal is to ensure customers leave the session with a functioning minimum viable deployment (MVD) and the knowledge needed to confidently begin using the solution.
