Qualifications

• Strong foundation in networking and IT infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, SNMP, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, virtualization.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real time with customers.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead 2–3 hour technical sessions.
• Explain complex concepts clearly and simply.
• Experience with network monitoring tools like PRTG or SolarWinds.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through a virtual implementation session to achieve a functioning MVD.
• Ensure customers depart with knowledge to begin using the solution confidently.
