Job summary

ContactPoint360 is seeking an IT Staff member to join our technology team in Cebu City. You will provide technical support, maintain internal systems, and help develop new processes and technologies.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Computer Science or related field, 3+ years' hands-on IT experience, and proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Workspace. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IT systems and applications
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based technologies (e.g. Azure, Google Workspace)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to employees across the organization
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement new technologies and processes
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and system backups
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT procedures and policies
