You will handle inbound calls and emails, assist customers with questions and troubleshooting, and document interactions in CRM while upholding company standards and policies. A strong emphasis on empathy, reliability, and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• College graduates with or without experience.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, ideally 1-2 years or more
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic and commitment to meeting team targets
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends if required
• Great communication skills

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to email enquiries promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with product or service enquiries, troubleshooting issues, and account management
• Document customer interactions accurately in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy whilst maintaining company standards and policies
• Process customer requests including orders, returns, cancellations, and billing inquiries
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior staff when necessary
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanour during all customer interactions
• Meet performance targets including call handling times, customer satisfaction ratings, and quality benchmarks
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and provide feedback to management
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support departmental goals
