You’ll support Telegram, social media, in-app, and email channels and participate in ongoing training to meet daily and monthly targets.

This role offers onsite, remote, or hybrid flexibility within a dynamic startup environment, with a focus on fast, friendly, and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service, support, or client-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills in Tagalog and English.
• Ability to work in shifting schedules and onsite.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat to provide problem resolution.
• Deliver outstanding service to high-value customers and provide solutions to grow relationships.
• Support multiple channels such as Telegram, Social Media, In-App, Email, and Chat.
• Provide personalized customer service by responding to customer needs.
