Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking a Sales BDC Representative to drive lead generation and appointment setting for automotive dealership clients. You will handle inbound/outbound communications, qualify prospects, and nurture relationships to create qualified sales opportunities.

You will work on-site in Alabang, collaborating with dealership teams and internal operations to optimize lead flow and client satisfaction. Prior BDC experience and CRM proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a BDC, call center sales, telemarketing or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a confident phone presence.
• Strong commitment to customer service and building rapport.
• Ability to identify needs, generate interest, handle objections and set appointments.
• Proficient in CRM or DMS tools (Tekion, Salesforce, HubSpot, DealerSocket); adept with phones and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries (calls, emails, web leads, chat) from automotive customers.
• Initiate proactive outbound calls to follow up on leads and re-engage prospects.
• Qualify leads to determine needs, budget, and readiness to purchase; secure high-quality appointments.
• Provide accurate information about vehicles, services, and promotions to drive interest.
• Set appointments for dealership visits or consultations; send confirmations and reminders.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards and build rapport with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Document all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM accurately.
• Collaborate with dealership sales teams to share lead details and appointment specifics.
• Work with internal BDC and Operations to optimize lead handling and share best practices.
• Provide feedback on lead quality, inquiries, and market trends to improve strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle makes, models, features, and client services.
• Pursue ongoing training to improve sales and communication techniques.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, contacts, and appointments.
• Use CRM and internal systems to track performance and contribute to reporting.
