Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence Ltd. is seeking a Sales BDC Representative to drive leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for automotive dealership clients. You will handle inbound/outbound communications, nurture prospects, and ensure a smooth initial customer experience.

Required is 1–2 years in a BDC or similar role, with exceptional communication and CRM skills; on-site work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. Growth potential with ongoing product knowledge training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a BDC, call center sales, telemarketing, or customer service role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with a clear, persuasive phone presence.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and building rapport.
• Ability to identify needs, generate interest, handle objections, and guide conversations to appointments.
• Proficient with CRM systems and phone/internet-based tools.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound inquiries (calls, emails, web leads, chat) from automotive customers.
• Initiate proactive outbound contacts to follow up, re-engage prospects, and generate interest.
• Qualify leads to determine needs and readiness to purchase; secure high-quality appointments.
• Provide accurate information about vehicles, services, and promotions to generate interest.
• Set appointments for dealership visits or consultations and send confirmations/reminders.
• Document interactions and lead statuses accurately in the CRM and report performance.
