Pinnacle Intelligence in Alabang (On-site) seeks a Sales BDC Representative to drive sales opportunities for automotive dealership clients. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, qualify leads, provide product information, and set appointments for the dealership's sales teams.

You will maintain high standards of customer service, document interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with internal BDC and Operations teams to optimize lead handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a BDC, call center sales, telemarketing, or customer service in high-volume environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a clear, confident phone presence.
• Proficient with CRM or Dealer Management systems and web-based communication tools.
• Strong ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records.

Responsabilités

• Handle high volumes of inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups to qualify leads.
• Set appointments for dealership visits or consultations.
• Provide timely confirmations and reminders via preferred channels.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and build rapport.
• Collaborate with dealership sales teams and internal BDC/Operations to optimize processes.
• Document interactions and lead statuses in the CRM.
