Responsibilities

• Handle calls and email; engage customers.
• Identify customer needs to reach satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams.
• Collect prompt, accurate customer feedback.
• Provide correct information using appropriate tools.
• Resolve complaints within SLA; follow up.
• Maintain records of interactions and process accounts.
• Create, review, and release Purchase/Sample orders.
• Process RMA requests and invoices promptly.
• Provide ETAs and tracking numbers proactively.
• Support warranty issues.
• Assist weekly open order review and partner communication.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
