Job summary

Pioneer Square Brands Inc. in Manila is seeking a motivated Customer Service Intern to support the Customer Experience team.

You will assist with customer inquiries, order management, warranty support, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment. This internship offers hands-on experience in customer service, operations, and business communication, with opportunities to develop practical skills while contributing to ongoing projects and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's in Communications/Marketing/Business (or related).
• Willingness to work a fixed night shift under a hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contact for customers via phone, email and other channels, delivering exceptional service.
• Manage inquiries by identifying needs, providing accurate information, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account updates, and related documentation.
• Process RMAs, inspect invoices, and ensure timely transactions.
• Proactively communicate order updates, ETAs, and tracking information.
• Support warranty-related inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve.
• Assist in weekly open order reviews and communicate updates with stakeholders and partners.
• Collect customer feedback to improve processes and experience.
• Utilize company systems to manage requests and meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
