Job summary

Bridge Data Centres Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Specialist, Customer Fulfilment to serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry through service delivery and ongoing support. You will work with Sales, Operations, and Technical teams to support RFQs, onboarding, pricing, and daily fulfilment activities.

1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or admin roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison for customers before and after service delivery.
Coordinate customer requests ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
Support RFQs, quotations, proposals, and customer documentation.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Technical teams for pricing and costing exercises.
Maintain records of customer interactions, quotations, and fulfilment activities in CRM systems.
Prepare customer reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required.
Assist with onboarding activities for new customers and service setup.
Support contract administration, amendments, and renewal activities.
