Job summary

Globe is seeking a Customer Sales Associate to manage day-to-day kiosk operations, promote digital channels, educate customers, and drive sales targets. You will assist walk-in subscribers with concerns, perform product demonstrations, and ensure accurate cashiering and postpaid/prepaid stock handling.

You will follow 5S standards, adhere to shift schedules, monitor after-sales transactions, and transmit documents to Credit Library.

• Handles cashiering functions and stock allocation as directed by Inventory Custodian.

Job Description

Manages the day-to-day operations of the Globe kiosks from the promotion of digital channels, management of inventory and accomplishment of Sales targets. Educates customer and lead their assisted digital journey. Engages new & existing customers with Globe products and services.

Assist walk-in subscribers with their concerns and queries.

Sells all products and services to walk in customers.

Performs product demonstrations.

Accept, screen, evaluate and approve of documents received from subscribers,

Practice timely and efficient customer delivery thereby achieving targets for the entire team

Complies to agreed shift schedules.

Complies to attendance policy including pre approval of OT availment.

Keep his/her own workplace always clean, compliant to established 5S standards

compliant to the established policies set by the company.

Execute functions as required by Iris system policies and procedures (i.e. perform cashiering functions including payments, accept and sell postpaid/prepaid stocks allocated by the Inventory Custodian).

Ensure proper monitoring and resolution of after-sales transactions.

Encode in all transactions that are passed on to other support groups, whether at the Head or Regional Office.

Ensure proper monitoring and timely transmittal of all subscriber documents to the Credit Library.

Able to function as custodian or cashier as the need arises.
