Job summary

RELX INC. in the Philippines is seeking a CDM Analyst to support customer data management across marketing and analytics teams.

You will liaise with stakeholders and data privacy experts to understand data structures and business needs, and help enable easy access to data for personalizing campaigns. The role covers data process management and governance, including data extraction, reporting, privacy compliance, and collaboration with Salesforce, Oracle BI and other platforms to improve data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• 3 years of relevant experience in data management, data processing or data analysis.
• Intermediate skills on MS Office, Advanced with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in data management and processes in Salesforce and Oracle Business Intelligence or similar tools.
• Experience in global stakeholder management.
• Understanding of data gathering, inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling/diagramming techniques.
• General knowledge on GDPR and other data privacy laws globally.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Data Process Management: manage data flows from CRM/registration systems to campaigns, improving efficiency and compliance.
• Data Governance: ensure privacy compliance and maintain data quality across regions and teams.
• Marketing data handling: extract, segment, and report on data for campaigns using Salesforce, Eloqua and other tools.
• Stakeholder collaboration: work with marketing, data and show teams and global data privacy experts.
• Data maintenance: flag inaccuracies and assist Do Not Call/Do Not Mail flagging where applicable.
• Provide insights to prioritize data-driven marketing strategies.
