Job summary

Recruitify_HR is hiring BPO specialists for travel, healthcare, and banking accounts at Manila on-site locations. Expect competitive salaries with allowances and incentives, and a workload with fixed weekly rest days.

Two tracks exist: experienced agents with at least 6 months BPO experience, and college graduates/new entrants for select accounts. You will resolve high-volume inquiries and strive for first-call resolution while expanding product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months BPO experience is mandatory.
• New agents or fresh graduates may apply for select entry-level accounts.
• On-site Manila locations only.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns to improve first-call resolution where possible.
• Maintain up-to-date product and process knowledge to assist customers effectively.
