Job summary

Recruitify_HR is hiring BPO Specialists in Manila for Travel, Healthcare & Banking accounts. On-site positions with competitive pay (₱25,000–₱40,000) plus allowances. You will handle high-volume inquiries via phone, chat, or email and resolve customer concerns with a focus on first-call resolution.

• Maintain a high level of product and procedural knowledge to effectively assist customers.
