Job summary

Uniting Holding in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned customer service professional to support our health benefits program. You will handle inquiries, resolve claims, and help customers with applications across email, chat, and voice channels.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM. Healthcare insurance background is a plus, with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience, not necessarily in healthcare.
• Experience with email, chat & voice support; email and chat are a MUST
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Healthcare insurance background is a plus
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities
