Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written English with clear pronunciation.
• Strong listening and comprehension to understand customer needs.
• Patient, empathetic, and professional demeanour with customers.
• Problem-solving mindset with quick-thinking ability.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic typing; familiarity with CRM software.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting performance targets.
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities
