APEC Homes is seeking a Data Analyst to guide and support customer relations operations, ensuring a positive, seamless experience for homeowners. Open from Junior to Senior level depending on experience.

Responsibilities include leading the Customer Care team, analyzing feedback, and coordinating with sales and property management to resolve issues and deliver timely solutions. Requires a related degree and 2+ years in customer service, with strong English/Filipino communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 2+ years of customer service experience, real estate industry a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven, process-oriented and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Customer Care team and monitor service performance and implement improvements.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify patterns and address areas for improvement in products, services, and processes.
• Collaborate with sales and property management to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
