You will handle inbound calls, provide product information, resolve issues, and document all interactions while following call centre standards and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, or currently enrolled in a tertiary course.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong listening and empathy skills to understand customer needs.
• Proactive, customer-focused attitude with a desire to help.
