Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking assertive and energetic individuals to fill a vacancy in account management. You will focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with defined customers or intermediaries, ensuring high satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

As part of the role, you will develop strategies for managing assigned accounts, serve as the primary interface for day-to-day support, and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts or acquire new ones.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring a high level of satisfaction and increased revenue through building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base (e.g. high net worth individuals) or intermediary (e.g. brokers)
• Develop strategies and goals for the development and management of assigned accounts in collaboration with relevant channels
• Serve as the primary interface for the accounts and provide day-to-day support, service and advice as appropriate
• May identify, develop and close new sales opportunities by creating demand and awareness of Medicard's products among existing accounts
• May be involved in the acquisition of new accounts

It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement.
