You will support the Sales team with opportunity and pipeline management, ensuring compliant, ready-to-activate orders, while maintaining strong customer relationships and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating sales processes end-to-end.
• Strong data accuracy in billing and orders.
• Ability to communicate with multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order workflows and contract implementation.
• Communicate onboarding, activation, and billing updates to customers.
• Support contract renewals by tracking dates and components.
• Explain first bill and guide customers through pathways.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and systems.
