Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration or a related course.
• Experience in dispatching, fleet operations, logistics, or transport operations is an advantage.
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Good record-keeping, data entry, and document preparation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced transport/operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, drivers, and the operations team regarding daily trips and schedules
• Monitor and assign vehicles and drivers based on operational requirements
• Track trip assignments and provide updates on vehicle status
• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and other operational documents
• Handle data entry and documentation accurately
• Assist in resolving customer and operational concerns
• Ensure timely coordination and smooth day-to-day transport operations
• Perform other duties related to dispatch and customer account coordination as assigned
