Job summary

LexisNexis seeks a Customer Account Assessment Analyst in Manila to perform reverification reviews for existing customer accounts, applying company standards and regulatory requirements. You will document findings and render pass/fail decisions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include managing multiple reverification projects, supporting sales and customers, and maintaining audit-ready records using internal systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional customer-service approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute reverification reviews for existing LexisNexis customer accounts across verticals and products.
• Validate business legitimacy via corporate-record research and sensitive-data searches.
• Adjudicate findings and determine a pass or fail with minimal managerial assistance.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support account-access changes as needed.
