Job summary

RELX INC in Manila is seeking a Customer Account Assessment Analyst to independently perform reverification and assessment reviews for existing customer accounts across product lines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

You will validate legitimacy, analyze contracts and access, document findings, and determine pass/fail outcomes with minimal supervision while handling multiple projects and supporting sales interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• At least two years in customer service, managing interactions with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, research, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex information and reach well-supported conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with professional customer-service approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform reverification reviews for RELX customer accounts across product lines.
• Validate business legitimacy through corporate-record research and sensitive-data searches.
• Locate and analyze contracts, product access, and stated permissible uses.
• Assess findings against credentialing standards and regulatory requirements and document pass/fail decisions.
• Manage multiple reverification projects concurrently with quality and timeliness.
• Process monthly alert reverifications and security-related reviews.
• Provide timely, professional support to customers and sales partners during assessments.
• Maintain complete, audit-ready records using GRC platforms and internal systems.
