Job summary

Relx Plc is seeking a Customer Account Assessment Analyst to independently conduct recredentialing and reverification reviews for existing customers. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, documents findings, and makes supported account decisions with minimal managerial guidance.

You will validate legitimacy, analyze contracts and product access, and determine pass/fail outcomes while handling multiple projects with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• At least two years of customer service experience with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, research, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex information and reach well-supported conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and case-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems.
• Willingness to leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Must be in current role for 1 year.
• No Disciplinary Action in the past 12 months.
• No Attendance or Punctuality issues in the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform recredentialing and reverification reviews for assigned customers.
• Apply credentialing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Document findings and determine pass/fail outcomes with minimal guidance.
• Manage multiple reverification projects concurrently.
• Conduct sensitive-data searches and corporate-record research.
• Adjudicate findings and determine clear pass/fail statuses.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with clarity.
• Maintain relationships while upholding credentialing standards.
• Use GRC or similar platforms to track documents, notes, and progress.
• Follow documentation standards so reviews are auditable.
