Job summary

Relx Plc seeks a Customer Account Assessment Analyst to independently perform reverification reviews for existing customer accounts, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. You will evaluate business legitimacy, permissible uses, and document evidence to support pass/fail decisions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical, research, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional customer-service approach.
• Ability to evaluate complex information and reach well-supported conclusions.
• Strong organization and case-management skills, including concurrent assignments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform reverification reviews for existing RELX customer accounts across verticals and products.
• Validate business legitimacy via corporate-record research and sensitive-data searches.
• Locate and analyze contracts, product access, and stated permissible uses.
• Assess findings against credentialing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Document pass/fail outcomes with minimal managerial guidance.
• Manage multiple reverification projects concurrently while ensuring quality and timeliness.
