Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Metro Manila, Philippines, seeks a Supervisor, Managed Funds Operations to lead a team ensuring accurate custody processing across settlements, income, and reconciliations. You will drive risk controls and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver consistent service.

You will develop people, oversee day-to-day custody operations for pooled investment vehicles, and push continuous process improvements, automation ideas, and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team execution of custody processing activities, including settlement, asset servicing, income processing, tax processing, reconciliations, and related servicing tasks
• Monitor work queues, allocate tasks, and balance capacity to maintain coverage during peak volumes, absences, and holidays
• Review and authorize transactions and adjustments within approved authority limits and control procedures
• Investigate and resolve exceptions, breaks, fails, and client inquiries within agreed timelines
• Maintain accurate processing and escalation routines aligned to documented procedures and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Identify, escalate, and help remediate operational risks, control gaps, and recurring processing issues
• Support internal audits, risk reviews, and regulatory examinations by preparing clear evidence and timely responses
• Drive disciplined reconciliation practices, including timely clearance of aged or outstanding items
• Partner with client service, relationship management, and operations stakeholders to deliver a consistent client experience
• Contribute to process improvement through standardization, automation ideas, and support for change initiatives, enhancements, or migrations
