You will drive allocation, monitor stock health, and maintain data accuracy, enabling efficient merchandise movement and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in merchandise operations, inventory management, merchandising, or retail operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, allocation, stock management, and retail operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory or ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by ensuring optimal merchandise availability and allocation across stores and e-commerce channels.
• Monitor inventory levels, sell-through rates, and stock health to maximize turnover and minimize aging inventory.
• Execute merchandise allocation plans and support new store openings with complete inventory readiness.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, reporting, and data integrity across all channels.
• Oversee inventory governance, shrinkage control, stock audits, and compliance with operational standards.
