PaintDrawMNL Art Studio is looking for a Curriculum Developer who is passionate about art education, curriculum design, and helping teachers deliver meaningful, structured learning experiences.
This is not simply a lesson-planning role.
We are looking for someone who can help us build and strengthen our art education system—from curriculum development and teacher training to classroom quality and student progress.
What You’ll Do
Hybrid | Quezon City
Curriculum Development
- Develop, organize, and continuously improve PaintDrawMNL's structured art curriculum
- Create age-appropriate and level-appropriate lessons, activities, and learning objectives
- Develop teaching guides, lesson plans, and instructional resources for teachers
- Ensure lessons have clear learning outcomes and progression
- Review and update curriculum based on student progress and classroom observations
Teacher Training & Development
- Train new and existing teachers on the PaintDrawMNL curriculum and teaching approach
- Conduct teacher training and teaching demonstrations
- Coach teachers on lesson delivery, classroom management, and instructional techniques
- Observe teachers during actual classes and provide constructive feedback
- Establish standards and assessments for teacher readiness
- Certify teachers who meet PaintDrawMNL's teaching standards
Academic & Teaching Quality
- Monitor how the curriculum is being implemented in actual classes
- Review teacher feedback and student progress records
- Identify areas where students or teachers may need additional support
- Recommend improvements to teaching methods, curriculum, and learning materials
- Help maintain a consistent educational experience across different teachers and classes
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Student Experience/Operations team to address student-related concerns
- Collaborate with teachers to improve individual student learning experiences
- Participate in discussions regarding teacher performance and development
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PaintDrawMNL's programs
Work Setup
This is a hybrid position:
3 days/week — Studio-based
At our studio in Loyola Heights, Quezon City
2 days/week — Online
The role will require regular in-person presence for teacher training, classroom observation, and curriculum implementation.
Ideal candidate
Someone who lives in or near Quezon City / Loyola Heights / Katipunan / Marikina / nearby areas, or someone who can comfortably and consistently commute to the studio.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a background in Fine Arts, Art Education, Education, or a related field
- Has experience developing or implementing educational programs/curriculum
- Has experience teaching art, preferably to children and/or teens
- Understands age-appropriate teaching and learning approaches
- Can translate artistic concepts into structured, teachable lessons
- Is comfortable training and giving feedback to teachers
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Can communicate clearly and constructively
- Has a genuine interest in creative education, not just art production
Bonus Points
- Experience in curriculum development
- Experience training teachers
- Experience working with children ages 2–18
- Background in Montessori, progressive education, homeschooling, or alternative education
- Experience creating learning modules or teaching resources
- Experience in student assessment or progress tracking
