Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Training Curriculum Developer to design and deliver engaging course materials using ADDIE and adult learning principles across our global programs. You will lead curriculum development, facilitate Train the Trainer sessions, assess training needs, and create assessments, job aids and performance support tools while ensuring regulatory compliance and thorough documentation.

A BS/BA in Education or Business Administration and 2+ years in contact center training are required;

• Facilitate Train the Trainer sessions and assess training needs.
• Develop knowledge assessments and analyze training outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain training documentation.
