Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a learning and development function.
• Quality assurance experience (1–2 years) preferred.
• Curriculum design or graphical/informational design experience.
• Instructional design including production of e-learning content.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training initiatives and supervision to meet production objectives.
• Develop training policies, manuals and educational media.
• Coach team members and monitor key metrics.
• Participate in client calls and meetings for operational aspects of programs.
• Develop professional development plans and training programs.
