Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking an individual contributor or people manager to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on training solutions. The role focuses on identifying learning needs, designing instructional programs, and delivering diverse training formats across organizational initiatives.

You will lead projects, assess training effectiveness, and explore new technologies such as LMS and authoring tools to enhance instructional delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret educational needs and develop effective instructional design and media solutions.
• Extensive experience in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training plans, curricula, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of current instructional theories for online and in-person learning.
• Proficiency in Captivate and Storyline; good to have LMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with LOBs and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs.
• Conducts needs assessments and develops training solutions; assesses training effectiveness.
• Designs, develops, delivers, and consults on various training projects and programs across platforms.
• Recommends improvements to training programs and evaluates outcomes.
• Delivers consulting engagements with client expectations, quality control, and delivery assurance.
• Researches LMS advancements and instructional design methods to enhance training programs.
