Job summary

Ubiquity in Philippines is seeking a Culture and Experience Specialist to embody our Head, Heart, Hustle mantra. You will partner with People Teams to define, build and grow our culture, lead engagement initiatives and craft programs to attract, retain and develop talent.

In this role you will coach leaders on D&I, support internal communications, and help deliver events and employer branding that resonate across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year of experience in Culture & Engagement.
• Experience diagnosing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating culture strategies.
• Experience planning and delivering communication plans and campaigns.
• Ability to translate complex information into engaging content.
• Excellent facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support leaders to define, build and grow company culture.
• Drive change management and leadership of C&E initiatives.
• Facilitate engagement surveys and action planning with insights for leadership.
• Suggest strategies to boost retention and productivity across levels.
• Develop and assess programs to attract, retain and promote diversity.
• Coach leaders on D&I best practices with HR and management.
• Develop employee events and networks to enhance personal development.
• Execute communications strategy aligned with corporate culture and business strategy.
• Develop employer brand and employee value proposition.
• Own and drive recognition initiatives across the organization.
