Job summary

Ubiquity Philippines is seeking a Senior HR Analyst who embodies Head, Heart, Hustle to lead the professional area, apply evidence-based practice, and address people challenges with expertise, empathy, and drive.

You’ll partner with local managers, embed the HR Operating Model, coach people managers, use data to measure impact, and champion changes that improve engagement, performance, and organizational health while aligning with global strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant HR experience in large complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
• Experience operating in a business partner model collaborating with local managers
• Knowledge of current HR thinking and trends; ongoing professional development

Responsibilities

• Lead the professional area and apply evidence-based practice to address people challenges
• Develop and implement solutions aligned to strategy to improve effectiveness
• Embed the HR Operating Model across the organization and ensure audits pass with high satisfaction
• Define policies and processes that support the company strategy and People agenda
• Coach and build capability of people managers to pre-empt organizational issues
